OUR FOUNDERS

M A HAMEED - FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

M A Hameed (MAH) is the Founder and Managing Director of Auctus Knowledge House. He is an Angel Investor with a prime focus to invest in MSMEs and young entrepreneurs to start or develop their businesses. MAH holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and bachelors in Commerce from the University of Madras. He counts well over three decades of experience in Corporate Finance and Investment, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, Project Management, General Management, Joint Ventures and Internal Audit, both in India and the Middle East and has held Senior Management positions and served leading business entities.

MAH believes in Passion, Honesty, Hard-Work, Optimism, Self – Reliance, Transparency and Team Effort as the key traits towards achieving success in both personal and professional life. His dedicated perseverance and tenacity has made him a key asset for every venture that he has undertaken.

ANJUM R. KHAN - CO-FOUNDER & COO

Anjum is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Auctus Knowledge House. With more than 3 decades of experience in HR with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) serving multiple global brands like InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, voco & Staybridge suites in the capacity of Area Director of Organization & Development his efforts in the area of Human Resources has won him many awards and accolades.

Its Anjum’s founding philosophy that has helped Auctus deliver value to our clients. His vigor and enthusiasm have led the organization to develop human potential exponentially. His facilitation practices have ensured a higher transfer of learning solutions and his ability to design practical workplace solution has delivered great results towards organizational objectives. Anjum is an experienced Coach, Facilitator and a HR Professional.

FAWAZ ABDUL BASITH - CHIEF STRATEGIES OFFICER

Fawaz Abdul Basith is an enterprising, talented, competent senior finance investment planner and analyst with over 13+ years of rich experience in supporting crucial business functions in the organization through strategic & investment planning, financial management and statutory compliance handling. An Entrepreneur at a remarkably early stage of his career, he has a good understanding of the complexities of early-stage startups and navigates early-stage entrepreneurs to develop their business model, avoid hidden pitfalls and guide them to attain growth. A strong believer in keeping the mind always growing by exploring new avenues.

Fawaz holds heavy academic credentials, he is a Certified Management Accountant (USA) and holds PGD in Islamic Finance and Banking from IIBI (UK) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration along with an array of numerous technical certifications to further hone his craft.

TAMEEM SAIED - CHIEF FACILITATOR

Tameem is an Entrepreneur with business interests in Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing, small Business Mentoring, Real Estate Services, Training of Trainers and Coaching Soft Skills.

With a passion for the study of Innovation, Creativity, NLP and Coaching Methods, Tameem strives to add value to clientele using 20 years of accumulated research, knowledge tools plus experience in running efficient businesses. He is also a District Champion in Masters Athletics with an interest in Field Events.
